Overview Our client is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented

Construction Project Manager

to oversee and coordinate residential and commercial construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership capabilities, extensive construction process knowledge, and proficiency with industry-standard software. This role offers an exciting opportunity to manage complex projects, ensure timely delivery, and uphold high-quality standards across multiple active construction sites.

Duties

Lead and manage all phases of construction projects, including planning, execution, and closeout.

Develop and maintain project schedules using tools such as Primavera P6 and other project management software.

Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure all project requirements are met.

Prepare and review construction estimates utilizing HeavyBid and other estimating tools.

Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, contracts, and technical drawings to ensure compliance with design specifications.

Oversee procurement, contract negotiations, and change order management.

Monitor project progress, quality control, safety standards, and adherence to budgets.

Use Civil 3D for site design coordination and project planning.

Manage project documentation, reporting, and communication with key stakeholders.

Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and on-site safety protocols.

Qualifications

Proven experience in construction management with strong background in project coordination and site supervision.

Proficiency in construction management tools such as Procore, Primavera P6, Bluebeam, Civil 3D, HeavyBid, and other industry software.

Strong understanding of construction estimating, scheduling, contract review, and blueprint interpretation.

Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with strong attention to detail.

Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field preferred.

Prior experience managing large-scale commercial or civil projects is highly desirable.

Compensation $67,540.70 - $81,339.34 per year
