Responsibilities
Oversee all on‑site construction activities from start to finish.
Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers and trades to maintain project timelines.
Enforce safety standards and ensure compliance with local building codes.
Monitor budgets, schedules and quality control throughout the project lifecycle.
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and project managers on‑site.
Resolve issues quickly to keep projects on track and maintain client satisfaction.
Requirements
Minimum 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent in commercial or residential construction.
Strong understanding of construction processes, safety regulations and building codes.
Proven ability to manage multiple subcontractors and maintain project schedules.
Excellent leadership, communication and problem‑solving skills.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and specifications.
Proficiency in project management tools and technology is a plus.
