Base pay range $80,000.00/yr - $105,000.00/yr

The Assistant Project Manager (APM) will support the Project Manager and Superintendent in all phases of commercial interior construction projects. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to grow within a dynamic organization.

Description

Assist in planning, scheduling, and coordinating project activities from pre‑construction through closeout.

Manage submittals, RFIs, change orders, and project documentation.

Communicate effectively with clients, architects, subcontractors, and internal teams.

Monitor project progress to ensure timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.

Support procurement of materials and subcontractor services.

Maintain accurate records and prepare reports for project stakeholders.

Profile

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred.

2+ years of experience in commercial construction, ideally interiors.

Strong understanding of construction processes, drawings, and specifications.

Proficiency in project management software (Procore, MS Project, or similar).

Excellent organizational and communication skills.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
