Who You’ll Work With You will join a team of licensed Mechanical Engineers, industry experts, and technical specialists. Together you will partner on projects to design and implement solutions that meet clients’ business needs while adhering to the highest standards of quality and accuracy.
What You’ll Do
Lead mechanical engineering activities on multi‑discipline project teams.
Design facility mechanical systems for custom, industrial, and commercial applications, including water, chilled water, HVAC, wastewater, cooling towers/condensers, boiler/steam or hot water, compressed air, and plumbing systems.
Collaborate with other licensed engineers and designers to develop system specifications and performance calculations.
Use AutoCAD MEP (and Revit where available) for engineering calculations and design oversight.
Coordinate with vendors to size equipment and design hydronic piping systems.
Develop specifications, interface with on‑site project teams, and inspect installations.
Support client meetings, start‑up activities, and training sessions as required.
What You’ll Bring
Minimum of 6 years of mechanical facilities design engineering experience with proven ability to complete system analysis, sizing, design, and documentation.
Experience with Life Sciences, clean room, and advanced HVAC systems is highly desired.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills.
Proficiency in design software such as Revit and Trane Trace/Carrier HAP.
Must be a licensed P.E. capable of sealing engineering documents.
BS in Mechanical Engineering from an ABET‑accredited institution.
Willingness and ability to travel for project installation, start‑up, client meetings, and industry events.
Relocation assistance available for qualified candidates outside the local area.

The approximate pay range for this position is $110,000 to $150,000. Final compensation may vary based on experience and location.
