TK Elevator is seeking an experienced
Principle IT Architect
to bridge technology and business goals, creating achievable enterprise solutions. The role focuses on Salesforce platform design, implementation, and best‑practice development.
Essential Job Functions
Lead Salesforce solution design, collaborating with customers to understand requirements and build scalable, efficient solutions.
Work with cross‑functional teams—business analysts, developers, administrators—to deliver integrated solutions with minimal customizations.
Conduct thorough testing to meet functional and technical requirements, perform system audits, and maintain data integrity.
Propose and implement optimizations for Salesforce usage in sales, field service, and customer service processes.
Serve as SME on end‑to‑end workflows in Salesforce Sales/Manufacturing Cloud, Mulesoft integrations, data modeling, and development/testing practices.
Own Salesforce implementation across environments (dev, test, stage, prod), including design, deployment, testing, troubleshooting, bug fixing, and post‑release support.
Maintain Salesforce stability through incident management, monitoring, alerting, incident resolution, and disaster recovery processes aligned with TK Elevator’s engineering standards.
Provide delivery timeline input and set cross‑functional expectations.
Collaborate with IT and business partners to ensure scalable, high‑quality integrations and event implementations.
Participate in Agile ceremonies: daily stand‑ups, discovery sessions, backlog refinement, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
Review and approve configuration and coded items for environment deployment, including supervision of QA, testing, and deployment of Salesforce changes.
Create documentation on technical designs, processes, best practices, and provide technical training as needed.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Programming/Systems, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent experience.
8+ years as a Solution Architect, with architecture design, deployment, lifecycle management, and infrastructure planning across diverse technologies.
Experience designing, developing, and implementing software systems in Service, Manufacturing, and Shared Services contexts.
Proficiency in cloud‑based technology implementation and integration.
Experience with Oracle database, middleware, frameworks (OAF, ADF), Java, and JSP.
Background in enterprise security, identity management (SSO, OAuth, SAML), data protection, and compliance.
Hands‑on experience with system integration patterns, APIs (REST, SOAP), middleware, and asynchronous architectures.
Deep expertise with Salesforce platform: Apex, Lightning, LWC, Flows, APIs, and declarative features.
