Excelsior Care Group Yamato Nursing and Rehabilitation Center seeks a skilled and motivated Business Office Manager to oversee daily administrative and financial operations, ensuring smooth communication, organized workflows, and exceptional service for residents, families, and staff. Base pay range
$65,000.00/yr - $75,000.00/yr Facility: Yamato Nursing and Rehabilitation Center Location: Boca Raton, Florida Position: Business Office Manager Schedule: Full-Time | Monday - Friday Salary: $65,000 - $75,000 annually Key Responsibilities
Serve as a central point of communication between the Administrator’s office and all departments. Provide administrative support across departments. Schedule meetings and coordinate with external agencies, including government and third‑party payors. Act as liaison between families, residents, and external agencies. Manage reception duties and maintain a professional office environment. Support financial operations: accounts payable, receivable, and payroll coordination. Assist HR with onboarding, payroll changes, and employee documentation. Coordinate workers’ compensation, FMLA, and disability documentation. Perform weekly travel to bank, post office, and other locations as needed. Complete additional administrative projects as assigned. Qualifications
Minimum 2 years’ experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) or healthcare business office. Strong understanding of financial reports and ability to act on them. Proficient with office software, computer systems, and standard office equipment. Independent decision‑making and proactive problem‑solving skills. Benefits
