Tax Manager
Full Time
We are seeking a
Tax Manager
who will be an integral member of the Finance team and will assist the Senior Manager in the management of global tax compliance and provision areas across various tax functions, including transfer pricing and tax integrations — both direct and indirect taxes for the U.S. and international subsidiaries. This role offers a hybrid schedule with three days in-office at the Boca Raton headquarters and two days remote.
Base pay range $100,000.00/yr - $120,000.00/yr
Additional compensation types Annual Bonus
Responsibilities
Support the preparation of tax provisions for audited financial statements under U.S. GAAP and IFRS, coordinating with internal accounting and external service providers.
Assist in the preparation and review of U.S. federal and state income tax returns, including compliance for international subsidiaries (CFCs).
Coordinate international tax compliance by gathering data and working with external consultants.
Prepare and process payments for municipal and property taxes across jurisdictions.
Reconcile tax-related general ledger accounts and ensure accuracy of tax entries.
Assist with federal and state tax notices and provide audit documentation as needed.
Participate in process improvement initiatives within the tax function.
Support ad hoc tax projects and cross-functional initiatives as required.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in
Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration .
3 to 5 years
of related experience, primarily in U.S. tax compliance and provisions.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to independently address issues.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to meet tight deadlines.
Proficient in
Microsoft AX ,
Word ,
Excel , and
Outlook .
Ability to collaborate effectively with other departments and represent the tax division professionally.
Fluency in English required; Spanish proficiency strongly preferred.
Normal office environment with a hybrid work schedule (3 days onsite in Boca Raton, FL; 2 days remote).
Some travel may be required.
