Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in STEM, Data Analytics, Operations Management, Business Administration, or related field
10+ years of experience in operations analytics and workforce management (workforce planning, capacity modeling, and cost optimization)
Industry experience in manufacturing or service operations (medical device or regulated life sciences preferred)
Proficiency with workforce management tools (Verint, NICE, Aspect, or similar)
Strong analytics skills with experience in BI tools (Tableau, PowerBI, Domo, or similar)
Day-to-Day:
The Director leads three critical functions: Workforce Planning & Optimization, Operations Analytics, and the Operations PMO. The role drives operational excellence through data-driven insights, strategic workforce planning, and successful execution of key initiatives. The individual will have 5 direct reports across workforce management, data analytics, and program management.
Develop and implement an operations analytics framework to monitor KPIs and performance metrics
Create interactive dashboards for real-time performance tracking and reporting
Apply advanced analytics to identify trends, predict outcomes, and guide strategic decisions
Lead workforce planning to ensure optimal staffing aligned with service demands and growth
Implement forecasting models and scheduling tools for productivity optimization
Collaborate with leadership and finance teams to evaluate service delivery models
Identify, prioritize, and track strategic initiatives and projects within the Operations PMO
Drive project execution from concept to implementation, ensuring cross-functional alignment
Promote a culture of continuous improvement using Lean Six Sigma or similar methodologies
