Key Responsibilities
Review English-to-Japanese translations for fluency, accuracy, and local relevance
Flag unnatural phrasing and suggest culturally appropriate alternatives
Assess AI-generated outputs for quality, tone, and context alignment
Provide written feedback on nuanced linguistic errors or ambiguities
Maintain consistency and attention to detail across multiple review tasks
Ideal Qualifications
Native-level fluency in Japanese and fluent English proficiency
Strong reading speed and comprehension in both languages
Demonstrated experience with translation review or linguistic QA
High attention to detail and cultural sensitivity
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines on a flexible schedule

Expected commitment: 10+ hours/week

All work is task-based and compensated per hour
Compensation & Contract Terms
$40–45/hour USD, depending on experience
