General Manager

to oversee a team of approximately 50 associates and bring strong leadership, financial acumen, and a creative, ownership-minded approach to driving sales, especially during weekday evenings. This is an opportunity to nurture a talented management team, elevate guest engagement, and shape the next phase of a high-potential restaurant.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee all P&L management, budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance

Lead day-to-day operations, ensuring seamless service and operational excellence

Hire, train, coach, and support both FOH and BOH teams, including progressive counseling and terminations

Manage scheduling, payroll, staffing levels, and ongoing team development

Build strong relationships with guests, clients, and internal partners

Collaborate closely with the Chef and management team on menu development and food quality

Implement new culinary and marketing initiatives in partnership with corporate teams

Develop creative programming to grow evening sales and overall revenue

Preferred Qualifications

Minimum five years of leadership experience in high-volume, service-driven hospitality environments

Proven P&L management and financial accountability

Strong track record of developing and mentoring management teams

High-volume production or catering background preferred

BS in Hospitality Management or Culinary Arts preferred

A growth-oriented mindset and desire to build a best-in-class team
