Our client, a leading organization in the technology and networking industry, is seeking a QA Engineer III to join their team. As a QA Engineer III, you will be part of the Network Support Department supporting optical link validation and network device testing. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently.

What’s the Job?
Run link validations across multiple optical modules
Perform manual testing of firmware upgrades of optics
Coordinate on lab intakes for optics validation
Work alongside engineers to develop and follow support documentation
Assist in troubleshooting and resolving network device issues
What’s Needed?
Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field
Strong knowledge of TCP/IP and network fundamentals
Familiarity with networking technologies and devices such as switches, routers, firewalls, load balancers, DNS, and DHCP
3+ years of experience in Network Engineering, Linux/Unix, and Python
Experience as a QA Engineer with 5+ years in Networking & Automation
