Our client, a leading organization in the technology and operations sector, is seeking a Support Engineer III to join their team. As a Support / Release Engineer III, you will be part of the Operations department supporting Mobile Data Program & Production Releases. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, proactive communication, and a collaborative mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?
Manage release deployments and infrastructure supporting mobile builds
Own and lead multiple project releases, primarily focusing on mobile data programs
Collaborate closely with developers and technical staff to ensure smooth deployment processes
Troubleshoot hardware and software issues across various operating systems including Windows, Mac OS X, and Linux/UNIX
Maintain high standards of quality and customer focus throughout project execution
What's Needed?
Minimum of 5 years of experience in QA testing and software troubleshooting
Extensive knowledge of Android and Mac OS X (10.4 and above)
Experience with release management and supporting Windows XP/7 and Server OS
Solid understanding of network protocols including Ethernet, TCP/IP, and Windows Server networking
Self-motivated with excellent communication and organizational skills
