Lead project teams, providing guidance and support to ensure successful project delivery.
Prepare and present progress reports to stakeholders, addressing any concerns or changes in project scope.
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Project Manager in the construction industry.
Strong knowledge of construction management principles, practices, and procedures.
Experience with budgeting, cost estimation, and financial management.
Familiarity with building codes, safety compliance, and site management protocols.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills for effective stakeholder communication.
Ability to lead and motivate teams, ensuring collaboration and productivity.
Proficiency in project management software and tools.
Certifications such as PMP or equivalent are a plus.
