Responsibilities

Support engineering and hardware development teams with day-to-day lab activities Track hardware units from receipt to return, ensuring accurate logging of PIDs and serial numbers Receive, unbox, re‑package, and ship hardware using proper procedures Maintain organized documentation using Excel, SharePoint, and MS Office Coordinate shipments and returns with FedEx, UPS, DHL Provide clear written and verbal updates to internal teams Assist with asset tracking, inventory flow, and proper labeling of hardware units Qualifications

U.S. Citizen (mandatory) 0–2 years of experience in any of the following (open to junior candidates): Lab support Hardware support RMA Shipping/receiving Electronics handling Inventory

Basic proficiency with Excel and MS Office Strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy Excellent communication skills Comfortable working onsite in a hardware/lab environment Motivated to learn, adapt, and grow into technical roles Why This Role Is Great for Junior Candidates
