We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Hardware Support Coordinator to support hardware development teams and manage day‑to‑day lab operations. This role is ideal for early‑career candidates who are strong with documentation, logistics, and hardware tracking processes.
Responsibilities
Work with and support development teams focused on hardware (HW) development and customer issues.
Responsible for tracking FA hardware from the point of receipt into the lab through to return to our repair vendor or Damaged Goods Inventory.
Oversee receiving, shipping, and tracking of hardware, including:
Unboxing and boxing in correct packaging
Tracking Product IDs (PID) and Serial Numbers (SN)
Ensure robust tracking and documentation using Excel, SharePoint, and MS Office Suite.
Handle shipping logistics with FedEx, DHL, and UPS.
Provide clear and timely status updates.
Proficient in using PC and/or Mac platforms.
Qualifications
Experience with Excel, SharePoint, and MS Office Suite.
Familiarity with shipping processes (FedEx, DHL, UPS).
Strong organizational and documentation skills.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Proficient with PC and Mac platforms.
Early career candidates are welcome.
