Work Schedule:

Hybrid — 3 days in‑office, 2 days remote

Salary Range:

$140,000–$200,000, based on experience

General Responsibilities As an Electrical Engineer, you will lead all phases of electrical engineering projects—from proposal development through construction completion. You’ll manage budgeting, scheduling, planning, design, and specifications, while mentoring junior engineers and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams.

Design & Technical Leadership

Apply advanced electrical engineering concepts to solve complex problems

Lead electrical design efforts for industrial and aerospace facilities

Perform complex engineering and economic calculations and modeling

Develop specifications (including Division 1) and construction estimates

Peer review large‑scale electrical projects and produce detailed reports

Project Management & Collaboration

Manage multiple long‑term projects involving senior engineers and subconsultants

Seal drawings and provide technical direction to design teams

Lead construction meetings, review submittals, and produce punch lists and meeting reports

Participate in client presentations and professional organizations

Job Requirements Technical Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering

U.S. Citizenship required for clearance

Registered Professional Engineer License (preferred)

5–10 years of electrical design experience (7+ years preferred for industrial/aerospace)

Demonstrated ability to lead electrical design projects

Strong project management skills

Software & Code Proficiency

NEC (National Electrical Code)

AutoCAD

ETAP or SKM

Revit
