About the Role The Floor Manager plays a critical role in executing exceptional guest service and smooth front‑of‑house operations. This is a full‑time position that requires strong leadership skills, hands‑on involvement in service, and solid front‑of‑house experience. The ideal candidate is a confident, service‑oriented professional who can support both bar and dining room operations during our busiest evening hours.
Responsibilities As the Floor Manager, you will:
Lead the front‑of‑house team during busy service periods.
Ensure outstanding guest service and a seamless dining experience.
Co‑ordinate bar and dining room operations.
Coach and develop staff performance.
Resolve guest complaints and conflicts efficiently.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
Assist with inventory, reservations, and POS system usage.
Qualifications & Requirements
1–2 years of restaurant leadership experience in a full‑service, high‑volume environment.
Advanced knowledge of cocktails, wine & spirits, and restaurant operations.
Strong leadership and coaching skills.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict‑resolution abilities.
Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and able to multitask during peak service.
Full‑time availability.
Familiarity with POS systems, reservations platforms, and inventory tools.
