Sarah Wade , focused on good food done well, warm hospitality, and a professional standard of service.

We are looking for a Floor Manager who thrives in a polished, fast paced dining room and can help guide the team through service with calm control.

What The Role Looks Like

Maintain active floor presence and direct real time service flow.

Support servers, bartenders, and support staff to ensure stations are running according to our service sequence.

Uphold our nonverbal cue system and reinforce consistent communication across the dining room and bar.

Model deliberate hospitality, steady energy, and a guest first mindset.

Assist with daily operations including opening and closing procedures, staff coaching, incident logs, and cash handling.

Partner with the General Manager on training, team development, and ongoing refinement of service standards.

What We Are Looking For

Prior experience in floor leadership in a busy, full service restaurant.

A steady presence who leads by example and elevates the people around them.

Strong communication skills and a team first approach.

A commitment to professionalism, consistency, and high standards.

Comfort working in a fast paced, detail oriented environment.

Availability for evenings and weekends.
