About the Opportunity The Production Manager will have full responsibility for the facility’s performance across safety, quality, delivery, cost, culture, and continuous improvement. This role oversees Manufacturing, Engineering, Quality, Maintenance, Planning, Warehouse Operations, and EHS, while partnering closely with HR, Finance, and senior corporate leaders.

What You’ll Lead Operational Excellence
Oversee all day‑to‑day site operations, ensuring strong performance across safety, quality, delivery, and cost.
Develop and mentor a highly capable leadership team across multiple operational functions.
Drive accountability through KPI management, performance dashboards, and structured problem‑solving.
Champion a LEAN culture and implement standardized systems, visual management, and waste‑reduction initiatives.
Lead kaizen events and foster engagement at all levels of the organization.
Instill a proactive safety culture aligned with OSHA, EPA, and local regulations.
Guide the site’s EHS programs to deliver a safe, clean, and compliant work environment.
Build a positive, collaborative, and growth‑oriented culture.
Partner with HR on development, retention, engagement, and workforce planning.
Financial & Strategic Leadership
Manage annual budgets, capital investments, and long‑term operational strategy.
Collaborate cross‑functionally to align site performance with broader business objectives.
Who We’re Looking For Required Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Operations Management, or related field
7+ years of progressive leadership experience in manufacturing operations
Proven success leading LEAN transformations and operational optimization initiatives
Experience managing diverse operational functions (production, quality, planning, maintenance, etc.)
Strong financial acumen and experience managing budgets and capital projects
Demonstrated success developing high‑performing teams
Preferred Experience
Exposure to Reaction Injection Molding (RIM), rigid or integral skin foam, or open cast molding
Exceptional communication, collaboration, and change leadership capabilities
