Our Energy Group builds projects from the field to the grid, including solar, battery storage, substation, EV charging, microgrid, and converter station projects. About The Role We are seeking a results‑driven and detail‑oriented Scheduler to join our Energy Group. The Scheduler will manage Utility‑scale solar PV, Battery Energy Storage System (BESS), and HV/MV Substation/Transmission schedules. Responsibilities include developing and managing Engineering, Procurement & Construction (EPC) schedules using Microsoft Project or Primavera P6, creating resource‑loaded Critical Path Methodology (CPM) schedules, and reporting schedule performance, KPIs, and potential impacts to stakeholders.
Knowledge:
A seasoned professional with full understanding of their specialization and the ability to resolve a wide range of issues creatively. This is the fully qualified, career‑oriented, journey‑level position.
Job Complexity:
Handles problems of diverse scope requiring analysis of data and evaluation of identifiable factors. Demonstrates good judgment in selecting methods for obtaining solutions and networks with senior personnel in its area of expertise.
Supervision:
Normally receives little instruction on day‑to‑day work, with general instructions on new assignments.
About You You possess solid industry knowledge with at least 2–3 years of experience as a Primavera P6 Construction Scheduler and/or Microsoft Project scheduler. You are a team player with strong communication, time‑management, and organizational skills, able to collaborate with all levels of an organization. You have significant experience with Primavera P6, Microsoft Excel, and preferably Microsoft Project.
What You Will Gain In this role you will develop, manage, and analyze construction schedules, maintaining communication with project stakeholders on all planning and scheduling issues, reports, performance updates, and impacts. You will refine your Primavera P6 knowledge by building resource‑loaded schedules and building cross‑functional relationships across the organization.
Minimum Qualifications Education:
High School Diploma or GED required. Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Business, Engineering, or similar preferred.
Licensure/Certifications:
None required.
Experience:
2–3 years of experience in construction management and scheduling of large‑scale complex projects preferred.
