About The Role We seek a results‑driven, detail‑oriented Scheduler to manage Engineering, Procurement & Construction schedules for utility‑scale solar PV, Battery Energy Storage System (BESS), and HV/MV substation/transmission projects. The Scheduler develops detailed, resource‑loaded Critical Path Methodology (CPM) schedules using Microsoft Project or Primavera P6, coordinates with field supervision, project management, scheduling teams, and corporate resources, and reports schedule performance analytics, KPIs, and potential impacts.

Knowledge & Experience A seasoned professional with at least 2–3 years of demonstrable experience as a P6 Construction Scheduler and/or MS Project scheduler. Strong communication, time‑management, and organizational skills. Comfortable collaborating across all levels of the organization. Technical skills in Primavera P6, Microsoft Excel, and preferably MS Project are required.

Minimum Qualifications Education: High School Diploma or GED required. Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Business, Engineering, or similar preferred.

Licensure/Certifications: None required.

Experience: 2–3 years of construction management and scheduling on large‑scale complex projects preferred.
