Our client is a top firm, seeking an associate for its Trademark and Copyright practice in Boston, New York, and Washington, DC. The salary range for this position is between $225k to $260k.
Qualifications
2-3 years of experience in U.S. and foreign trademark counseling, clearance, and prosecution.
Experience performing clearance searches, responding to USPTO office actions, and addressing enforcement matters.
A background in copyright law is required.
Strong writing and analytical skills; team focused.
All candidates must be authorized to work in the U.S.
