This associate role focuses on M&A and joint venture transactions across the energy and infrastructure sectors. You will work with a global team advising clients in renewables, power generation, oil & gas, energy transition, and energy tech.

Description
Advise clients on mergers and acquisitions in the energy and infrastructure sectors.
Draft, review, and negotiate complex legal agreements and contracts.
Conduct thorough due diligence to identify and mitigate risks in transactions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of transactions.
Provide strategic legal guidance to clients on regulatory and compliance matters.
Stay informed on industry trends and legal developments impacting energy and infrastructure.
Develop and maintain strong client relationships within the professional services industry.
Support business development initiatives and contribute to the firm's growth.

Profile A successful candidate should have:
A Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
Bar membership in good standing in Washington or eligibility for admission.
Strong knowledge of mergers and acquisitions within the energy and infrastructure sectors.
Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.
The ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
A proactive and detail-oriented approach to legal challenges.
Job Offer
Competitive base salary ranging from $260,000 to $390,000 USD.
