Okta is looking for an experienced, self‑motivated Finance Manager who will be a key player in driving and effectively scaling Okta’s growth. Responsibilities
Lead the annual planning process, working closely with the Head of FP&A and the CFO to smoothly run annual planning. Integrate with the business in their annual planning workstream to ensure alignment cross‑functionally between FP&A and the business. Own the Free Cash Flow forecast and all related cash metrics. Assist with ad‑hoc strategic analysis as necessary. Partner with FP&A and other key stakeholders to leverage and improve processes to increase efficiency, accuracy, and effectiveness as the company grows and scales. Requirements
Able and willing to come into SF HQ as needed (up to 2x a week). 4+ years of experience in FP&A, with at least 1 year of Corporate FP&A. Excellent financial modeling and analysis skills. Advanced Excel/GSheets and PowerPoint/GSlides skills. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, including presenting analyses to senior leadership. Ability to manage multiple tasks in a deadline‑driven environment while maintaining a high level of precision. Proficiency with FP&A systems required; Anaplan and Tableau experience is a HUGE plus. Experience in a high‑growth global high tech/software/SaaS organization is a plus. Benefits & Compensation
The annual base salary range for this position for candidates located in the San Francisco Bay area is between: $140,000—$210,000 USD. Below is the annual base salary range for candidates located in California (excluding San Francisco Bay Area), Colorado, Illinois, New York and Washington. Your actual base salary will depend on factors such as your skills, qualifications, experience, and work location. In addition, Okta offers equity (where applicable), bonus, and benefits, including health, dental and vision insurance, 401(k), flexible spending account, and paid leave (including PTO and parental leave) in accordance with our applicable plans and policies.
