The Opportunity: We are actively seeking a

Sales Director

to spearhead sales efforts in the Texas market with a

primary focus on high-value new construction projects . This role is crucial in establishing relationships with major commercial general contractors and developers while leading strategic initiatives that drive profitability and market share.

You will be responsible for developing a robust pipeline of new construction opportunities, influencing specification work, and ensuring seamless delivery of Division 8 solutions. The company is seeking a strategic thinker with a proven track record in commercial door and hardware sales, particularly in new construction environments.

Key Focus Areas:

Targeting large-scale, high-value new construction projects

Establishing and expanding relationships with top commercial GCs and developers

Driving revenue growth through strategic pipeline development

Leading sales team performance and key operational metrics

Delivering innovative Division 8 solutions across complex, fast-paced projects

What’s In It for You:

Base Salary:

$175,000 – $250,000 , depending on experience

Performance-based bonus program

Vehicle allowance

High-visibility role with clear pathways for advancement

Qualifications:

Minimum 3 years of experience in commercial door and hardware sales (Division 8)

Proven success managing

new construction sales cycles

and building GC relationships.

Strong leadership and organizational skills

Ability to travel to job sites and client meetings as needed

Located in or willing to relocate to Plano, TX
