Job Description:
In this role you’ll manage a portfolio of properties, prepare monthly and quarterly financials, and handle all aspects of accounting — from balance sheets and variance analysis to cash distributions and REIT testing. You’ll also take the lead on budgets, audits, and tenant billings (CAM, real estate taxes, percentage rent, etc.).
This role offers the opportunity to work on complex, high‑profile properties, mentor junior accountants, and gain exposure to both GAAP and tax reporting within a collaborative and dynamic environment.
What We’re Looking For:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
2–5+ years of audit or public tax experience
Strong Excel skills; MRI, AvidXchange, or Anaplan experience a plus
Detail‑oriented, proactive, and eager to grow with a top‑performing team
