Senior Tax Accountant – CFS
Location: Miami, FL (In office)
Salary: $90,000 – $110,000 per year plus bonus

Responsibilities
Assist with the preparation of the federal consolidated tax return
Prepare federal and state partnership and LLC tax returns
Prepare and review multistate income and franchise tax returns (combined/unitary as well as separate state income tax returns)
Assist with the preparation and review of the Company’s consolidated quarterly and annual income tax provision calculations
Assist with IRS and state tax authority audits
Assist with the preparation and review of quarterly estimated income tax payments
Perform tax research and analysis on special projects as needed
Identify and implement federal and state tax planning opportunities
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of diverse US federal and state & local tax legislation and US GAAP financial statement reporting requirements for taxes (ASC 740)
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, 3.0 GPA or higher
CPA is a big PLUS
1-3 years experience in tax in public accounting or corporate tax
Self-starter, communicator, good interpersonal skills
