Overview As a Data Engineering Manager, you will oversee the design and delivery of scalable data solutions on cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP). You’ll manage a team of data engineers, collaborate with clients and stakeholders, and ensure solutions meet business objectives.

Translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Design, build, and operate scalable data architecture and modeling solutions.
Stay current with emerging technologies and drive innovation.
Lead workstream delivery, ensuring quality and adherence to project plans.
Engage with clients daily, identify opportunities for additional services, and maintain strong relationships.
Implement resource plans and budgets, managing engagement economics.
Guide team members through technical challenges and professional development.
Skills and Attributes for Success
Expertise in Databricks, Spark, and cloud data platforms.
Strong background in data architecture and large‑scale analytics.
Demonstrated leadership and mentoring of data engineering teams.
Client‑facing communication skills, translating technical concepts to non‑technical audiences.

Experience with end‑to‑end data pipelines (ingestion, transformation, storage).

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or related field (Master’s preferred).
4–6 years of experience in data engineering, focusing on cloud analytics.
