Intellectual Property Specialist at Eden Rose USA

Patent Prosecution Attorney

Salary: $170,000 to $220,000

Location: Washington, DC

Top firm seeks associates or counsel for its Patent Prosecution group.

What you have:

• 5-10 years of patent law experience (Patent Agent experience is a plus)

• MS or PhD in Electrical Engineering, Computer Sciences, or Computer Engineering

• Active Bar license or eligible to waive in

• Ability to manage a full patent prosecution docket

• Experience drafting and prosecuting applications in the telecom and wireless technology fields

• Experience with patent litigation and PTAB proceedings is desirable

• Great clients and plenty of work to fill your docket
