Corporate In-House Attorney (Remote)
Latitude is seeking experienced corporate attorneys for remote, in‑house flexible contract opportunities with our clients. Ideal candidates bring 5+ years of experience across a wide range of transactional and corporate matters, including drafting, reviewing, and negotiating sophisticated commercial agreements; advising on entity formation, governance, and compliance; and supporting corporate finance and growth initiatives. Experience in technology, healthcare or financial services is highly valued, though we welcome attorneys from other industries with similarly broad corporate practices. This role offers the flexibility of a remote environment alongside meaningful, day‑to‑day partnership with high‑performing in‑house legal teams.
Basic Requirements
5+ years of corporate in‑house experience
Prior experience with a broad range of corporate transactions, including drafting and reviewing commercial contracts and managing corporate entities
Excellent analytical, written, verbal and interpersonal skills as well as the ability to work independently in a fast‑paced environment
Licensed to practice law
Excellent academic credentials from an ABA‑accredited law school
Outstanding professional references
Position Details
Type of role: Contract engagement
Schedule: Part‑Time and Full‑Time
Location: Remote
Compensation Pay: The annualized pay for this position ranges from $150,000 to $200,000 when calculated on a full‑time basis. Pay for contract engagements is based on multiple factors including but not limited to work experience, qualifications, credentials, location, market supply/demand, and the candidate’s preference.
Benefits All Latitude Attorneys and other legal professionals on contract engagements receive complimentary professional liability insurance coverage. Attorneys working 20+ hours per week are eligible for full benefits including group medical, dental, vision, life, LTD, and AD&D insurance, a 401(k) plan, a CLE stipend, and a professional expense stipend.
