Key Responsibilities:
Lead the ERP function across the enterprise, overseeing system strategy, implementation, and ongoing optimization.
Manage, mentor, and grow a team of ERP professionals, including project managers, analysts, and technical specialists.
Collaborate with executive leadership to define ERP roadmaps and align systems with business objectives.
Evaluate and improve ERP performance and scalability, ensuring high system availability and compliance.
Manage vendor relationships, budgets, and timelines across ERP initiatives.
Skills & Experience Required:
Proven experience in an ERP Director or Senior ERP Leadership role.
Deep understanding of ERP systems such as Dynamics 365, SAP, Oracle, or similar.
