in Downtown Boston, MA (onsite 4 days a week) for an entry‑level sales role beginning in January/February/March 2026 and again in summer 2026. No prior sales experience required – we provide training and mentorship.
Role Overview This position focuses on recruiting and account management. You’ll start as a Recruiter, learning our staffing process, reviewing resumes, conducting interviews, and preparing candidates for client meetings. After mastering the recruiting phase, you’ll transition to Account Manager, working directly with Fortune 1000 hiring managers to match candidates to their needs.
Responsibilities
Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers at Fortune 1000 companies.
Attend in‑person meetings, lunches, and networking events to generate business leads.
Review resumes, conduct interviews, and present qualified candidates to clients.
Work closely with the Recruiting team and provide market data and candidate insights.
Leverage Insight Global University training and an assigned mentor to develop sales and staffing skills.
Qualifications
Recent college graduates or May 2026 graduates encouraged.
No prior sales experience required.
Passionate and purpose‑driven with a love for working with people.
Willingness to learn, hustle, and persevere in a fast‑paced environment.
Goal‑oriented and able to handle multiple in‑person meetings and cold‑calling tasks.
Compensation & Benefits
Base salary $35,600–$62,000 + $5,000 LTIP upon signing.
Account managers receive a $10,000 base salary increase upon promotion.
Monthly car and cell allowances.
Uncapped weekly commission and the opportunity to win annual sales contests (trip to Bahamas, LTIPs, cash bonus).
Average earnings: $73,000–$88,000 first year, $121,000–$145,000 second year, $135,000–$194,000 third year.

Paid vacation: 10 days first year, 15 days after two years, 20 days after five years.
