Insight Global is hiring: Entry Level Sales: Account Manager & Recruiter in Bost

Overview Insight Global is hiring for an entry level sales role starting in September and October 2025, based in Downtown Boston, MA (onsite 4 days a week). The role combines Account Manager and Recruiter responsibilities, with a clear path from recruiting to account management. This is a hands-on, client relationship–oriented opportunity with training and development through Insight Global University and mentorship. Responsibilities Learn and perform recruiting tasks: review resumes, conduct interviews, and prepare candidates to meet hiring managers. Support team training and development, including mentorship from an Account Manager. Progress from Recruiter to Account Manager as you master recruiting and client-facing skills. Build relationships with hiring managers at Fortune 1000 companies and participate in in-person meetings and networking opportunities. Collaborate with the Recruiting team to present qualified candidates and market data to clients. Qualifications & Attributes No prior sales experience required; willingness to learn, put in effort, and enjoy working with people. Passionate, purpose-driven, and interested in a long-term career in sales and staffing. Ability to work hard, stay organized, and communicate effectively with clients and candidates. Compensation & Benefits Competitive base salary (location-based) with LTIPs on signing; salary increases on promotion; monthly car and cell allowances; opportunities to win sales incentives and bonuses. Uncapped weekly commissions; target earnings typically rise through progression to Account Manager.
