Commercial Litigation Associate
Base pay range: $120,000–$150,000 per year.
Job Details Our mid‑size Orlando‑based law firm is seeking a motivated and detail‑oriented Commercial Litigation Associate to join our growing litigation team. The role involves managing a diverse caseload that includes construction litigation, landlord‑tenant disputes (commercial and residential), bankruptcy litigation, contract disputes, and related matters. Responsibilities include handling cases from inception through resolution, conducting legal research, drafting pleadings and motions, taking and defending depositions, participating in mediations and court hearings, and developing litigation strategies.
Responsibilities
Manage a diverse caseload of commercial litigation matters.
Conduct legal research and prepare pleadings, motions, and other documents.
Take and defend depositions and participate in mediations and court hearings.
Develop and implement litigation strategies from inception to resolution.
Qualifications
2–5 years of civil litigation experience with a strong emphasis on commercial matters.
Demonstrated ability to handle multiple case responsibilities and meet deadlines.
Excellent research, drafting, and oral advocacy skills.
