Talent Acquisition Manager: CX, SAAS, GTM, SAP
Role and Responsibilities
As an Employee Central Benefits Consultant, you will have the opportunity to work closely with our clients to translate business requirements for our system. You will focus on clients of varying sizes, complexities, and experience with benefits software.
Areas of focus within this role can include:
Ability to effectively communicate with the client to capture country-specific requirements and translate those requirements into an effective and practical solution
Support project team members to ensure work is done timely
Assist in the setup of the enrollment portal, as well as the applicable benefits and plans
Nuanced understanding of dependencies between SAP SuccessFactors, SAP Payroll, and carrier integrations for platform configuration
Knowledge of international benefits across EMEA and Latin America
Understand applicable new hire, life event, and annual enrollment eligibility periods
Qualifications
SAP SuccessFactors Certifications:
Associate or Professional Employee Central Certification
SAP SuccessFactors Experience:
3 - 4 years
Project Experience:
Led 3 - 4+ projects, focusing on the Employee Central Benefits workstream
Involved in 7+ project
Employee Central Certification Required
Preferred experience in at least 10 implementations of benefits SaaS
Enrollment reporting knowledge is a plus
Communications
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
Location
This position will be remote.
Salary Range
The salary range for this position will likely be $115,000 - $138,000. However, compensation above or below that range may be offered depending on experience.
Physical Requirements
This position requires periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
