We are hiring a Family Law Attorney to join a collaborative, referral-based practice where attorneys work closely together, share knowledge freely, and support clients with exceptional service and integrity.
Base Pay Range $125,000 - $150,000 per year DOE

Family Law Attorney Responsibilities
Manage and drive your own caseload of family law matters from intake through resolution
Draft pleadings, motions, declarations, discovery, and settlement agreements
Handle court appearances, hearings, mediations, depositions, and trials
Communicate directly with clients, opposing counsel, and the court with professionalism and urgency
Work collaboratively with other attorneys and support staff to provide excellent service and strategic case support
Maintain a minimum of 100 billable hours per month to access quarterly bonus incentives
Contribute to a positive, supportive, and highly responsive client experience
Family Law Attorney Requirements
2+ years of family law experience required
Licensed and in good standing with the California Bar
Trial exposure (first or second chair); strong courtroom presence
Strong written and verbal advocacy skills
Empathy, resilience, and a client‑centered mindset
Team player who values collaboration and humility
Highly responsive communicator
Competitive drive and passion for achieving strong results
