Position Title Branch Manager
Business Unit Retail
Reports to Varies Based on Assignment
Position Overview This position is primarily responsible for the overall sales and operations management of the branch. The incumbent is the directing sales manager for the branch, focusing on origination and expansion of new to‑bank customers and performance coaching of the branch team. Responsibilities include overseeing daily branch activities, performing market and business development duties, processing loan requests, soliciting new accounts, and ensuring effective operations of branch staff and facilities in adherence to all FNB policies and core values.
Primary Responsibilities
Generate high‑value customer relationships through sales leads and outbound calling to establish and retain customers.
Serve as a community advocate, executing and coaching sales strategies to achieve financial goals.
Integrate FNB digital products and services into customer interactions.
Use approved branch technology to maintain accurate data quality for all referrals, customers, and applicants.
Lead the lifecycle management of all new and existing relationships according to consumer bank standards.
Co‑train and manage branch team and facility to meet FNB operational standards.
Conduct daily sales meetings, fulfill HR responsibilities, pursue ongoing education for self and team, and lead sales camps.
Ensure branch quality standards through direction and coaching of staff and facilities.
Maintain operational integrity, ensuring audit, compliance, security, and operational requirements are met.
Assign and perform operational duties as per established policies and procedures.
Perform related duties and projects as assigned.
Serve as a risk manager, understanding, reporting, responding to, managing, and monitoring daily operational risks.
Minimum Level of Education Required High School or GED
Minimum # of Years of Job Related Experience Required 3

Ability to use a personal computer and job‑related software
MS Word – Basic level

Experience in a related position
Knowledge of banking audit policies and procedures preferred
Licensures/Certifications Required Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System and Registry Identifier preferred and will be required.

Compensation Grade EXT08
Pay Range $69,004.00 - $115,024.00
