RBI owns four iconic quick‑service brands—TIM HORTONS®, BURGER KING®, POPEYES®, and FIREHOUSE SUBS®—and manages over 5,000 properties globally for these brands. Reporting to the Sr. Property Manager, Burger King Development & Franchising, the Sr. Analyst will administer day‑to‑day site financial and operations matters for a geographic region of Burger King properties (~500 properties, ~1.5 million sqft).
Roles And Responsibilities
Works closely with Asset Management, Lease Administration, Development, Legal, Finance and Accounting
Responds to work orders and inquiries through a ticketing system (Freshdesk)
Serves as liaison and escalation point between Landlords and Burger King Franchisees for maintenance and property financial (Rent/CAM) issues
Responds to Franchisee inquiries about property management and lease matters
Represents Burger King as main contact for Municipalities on violations, permits, liens, or other property‑related concerns
Reconciles and collects on bad debt
Coordinates recurring inspections and maintenance of vacant property portfolio, and responds to urgent issues (vandalism, vagrancy, illegal dumping, etc.)
Facilitates concerns related to property taxes, insurance, and utilities with Lease Administration and Insurance departments
Works with Legal on escalated operational or financial disputes
Communicates with Landlords, Franchisees, external vendors, and Municipalities to resolve real‑estate matters in day‑to‑day operations
Required Skills
Minimum 3 years experience in Property Management or Lease Administration
Degree in business, finance, accounting, or real estate
Strong interpersonal and communication skills for influencing diverse audiences
Team‑player, especially in cross‑functional environments
Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, uncertain environment
Proficiency with ticketing systems to organize work, manage timeliness, and quality of service
Microsoft Office experience (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook); familiarity with SAP or lease management software (Tango, Yardi, Lucernex, Costar) is a plus
CPM or RPM designation is a plus
