Proven ability to manage multiple bids and deadlines
Skilled in reading and interpreting construction drawings, specs, and bid documents
Proficiency in estimating software and Microsoft Excel
Clear communication and the ability to work cross‑functionally with field and office teams
Prior experience mentoring junior estimators or leading estimating processes is a bonus
