Responsibilities This opportunity is with our Deployment Solutions Commercial Division, which partners with top-tier pharmaceutical, medical device, and biotechnology companies to develop and execute sales and marketing strategies. The District Sales Manager will report to the Syneos Health National Business Director and will be directly responsible to hire, train, and develop, as well as coach the sales team in their district to successfully promote product to targeted physicians.
Motivate, manage, and develop the skill sets and overall performance of sales representatives in your district.
Effectively identify and monitor multiple local market conditions to build and support strong customer relationships while driving product promotion solutions and executing marketing strategies.
Monitor field activities to ensure all are within compliance guidelines and provide timely feedback on marketing tactics and market conditions while collaborating closely with leadership, commercial operations, marketing, and medical affairs.
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree, Advanced Degree preferred.
10+ years of commercial pharmaceutical experience.
3+ years of district or regional management experience with a proven track record of success.
Experience in vaccines is preferred.
Experience in cardiology, endocrinology, or nephrology strongly preferred.
Valid driver's license and the ability to travel as necessary, including overnights and/or weekends.
Compensation & Benefits The annual base salary for this position ranges from $160k to $170k. The base salary range represents the anticipated low and high range for this position. Actual salary will vary based on various factors such as the candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies, and proficiency for the role. In addition, some positions may include eligibility to earn commissions/bonus based on company and/or individual performance.
