Clinical Director
to launch and lead their clinical operations.
They focus on holistic, evidence-based care integrating therapy, family support, and creative/experiential modalities.
Competitive salary $125,000–$130,000/yr

Overview:
Supervise and manage a clinical team (3 clinicians + therapeutic staff)
Provide direct clinical care: maintain a manageable caseload with adolescents (13–17) experiencing mental health, substance use, or dual-diagnosis challenges
Lead daily operations: review schedules, run daily team huddle, coordinate therapy/case management, crisis intervention, family updates, and participate in Q&A or audits
Oversee program flow and staff meetings
Requirements:
Master’s in Social Work (MSW) with valid LCSW license
Supervisory credential (CCS, LC, ACS, or equivalent)
5–7 years of clinical experience - ideally with adolescents (13–17), with strong crisis-intervention skills and supervisory experience
Comfortable managing a caseload and documentation in clinical software (experience with KIPU is a plus)
Warm, approachable, collaborative leaders able to balance boundaries and empathy, while managing the day-to-day operations of a busy program
