Position: NSH MDG Board Certified Dermatology
Location: 71 Waukegan Rd Lake Bluff, IL /Arlington Heights
Full Time - 40 hours per week (32 Bookable hours)
Sign on Bonus: (If eligible) $25,000
CME: $3,500/year for 1.0FTE. The CME allowance would be prorated for a reduced FTE.
Required Travel: Yes
Schedule: M-F

Salary range:
[$300,000-618,133]
The pay rate offered is determined within the pay range and is dependent on a variety of factors, including but not limited to FTE, prior experience, certifications, degrees, subspecialties, projected volumes, and quality performance measures
Qualifications Minimum Education Level
Graduate of an accredited and recognized medical school required.
Minimum Licensure Requirements
Eligible for medical licensing in the State of Illinois.
Minimum Certification Requirements
Board certification/Board eligible in area of expertise.
