Position Highlights:
Position: NSH MDG Board Certified Dermatology
Location: 71 Waukegan Rd Lake Bluff, IL /Arlington Heights
Full Time - 40 hours per week (32 Bookable hours)
Sign on Bonus: (If eligible) $25,000
CME: $3,500/year for 1.0FTE. The CME allowance would be prorated for a reduced FTE.
Required Travel: Yes
Schedule: M-F

Salary range: $300,000-618,133. The pay rate offered is determined within the pay range and is dependent on a variety of factors, including but not limited to FTE, prior experience, certifications, degrees, subspecialties, projected volumes, and quality performance measures
Qualifications: Minimum Education Level
Graduate of an accredited and recognized medical school required.
Minimum Licensure Requirements
Eligible for medical licensing in the State of Illinois.
Minimum Certification Requirements
Board certification/Board eligible in area of expertise.
