About this role You will be a part of creating a Neuroscience Center of Excellence at Good Samaritan Hospital where you will help build on an already solid foundation of a broad continuum of care for brain and spine patients.
Practice at our Lafayette Clinic and perform surgeries at Intermountain Health Good Samaritan Hospital in Lafayette, CO
5‑day work week, M‑F with 1:4 call at one of our Intermountain trauma centers
Practice consists of ~30% cranial and 70% spine cases
Growing primary‑care referral base within Intermountain Health Medical Group
How we'll support you Our competitive compensation consists of a base salary of
$875,000
plus a wRVU incentive. We also offer a $25,000 sign‑on bonus and up to $20,000 relocation bonus if applicable.

What you’ll bring
MD/DO education
Current unrestricted CO license or ability to obtain, required
Board certified or eligible by the American Board of Neurological Surgery, required
Will consider newly graduated Neurosurgery residents
Trained in both brain and spine surgeries, required
