About the Role The Vice President - Managing Director of Investor Relations & Fundraising will lead the firm’s capital formation strategy, manage relationships with existing and prospective investors, and serve as a key external representative of the platform. This role is responsible for driving fundraising efforts across current and future vehicles, enhancing the firm’s communication with LPs, and building a best-in-class investor relations function that supports long-term growth.
Location:
Ideally Miami
Flexible in working remotely with occasional travel to Miami
Experience:
8-15+ years of investor relations and fundraising experience with an Infrastructure Private Equity Firm
Demonstrated track record of successful fundraising and LP relationship management
Strong understanding of financial concepts, fund structures, and performance reporting
