Your impact
We’re seeking an experienced and collaborative Senior Project Manager with strong project controls capability to join our team in San Francisco, CA. This role is ideal for someone who not only understands complex construction – but can also take full ownership of project budgets, forecasting, cost reporting, and change management from day one.
As a Project Manager embedded at the client’s site, you will report directly to the Program Manager and work closely with a team of Project and Construction Managers. You’ll lead the project from early planning through construction and closeout, ensuring alignment with program objectives.
Beyond day‑to‑day project coordination, you will serve as the onsite Owner's Representative responsible for maintaining schedule, cost, quality, and compliance. You will provide field oversight, facilitate stakeholder communication, and resolve complex project issues, disputes, and technical challenges.
