Key Responsibilities
1. Retail Operations & Store Performance
Own the Retail P&L for all U.S./Canada stores; drive revenue, margin, payroll and controllable expenses.
Build store labor models, scheduling standards, and weekly productivity rhythms.
Implement accurate stock management, shrink controls, and inventory flow.
Establish retail KPIs Targets: traffic, conversion, UPT, ATV.
2. Store Leadership & Talent
Lead all Store Managers, including coaching, performance reviews, succession planning.
Support and manage store-level org structure: assistants, key holders, part-time associates.
Create consistent onboarding and product-education training, especially for modular systems.
Recruit for cultural fit: curiosity, technical storytelling, and co-creation mindset.
3. Customer Experience & Brand Standards
Support and implement all retail initiatives developed from the Global Team.
Ensure consistent customer experience in all retail locations.
Oversee in-store merchandising, zoning, and weekly VM updates.
Maintain high standards of cleanliness, visual identity, and store maintenance.
4. Expansion & New Store Openings
Partner with global leadership to evaluate and open new stores in priority markets.
Own pre-opening timelines: hiring plans, fixtures, IT, permits, merchant onboarding, and training.
Deliver stores that open on time, fully staffed, and retail-ready.
5. Retail Operations Systems & Processes
Build retail SOPs for the U.S./CA market: cash handling, receiving, customer issues, repairs.
Ensure POS accuracy, daily reporting, and integration with global operations.
6. Cross-Functional Leadership
Work closely with the Global CEO, Merchandising, Product, Operations, and Marketing.
Represent U.S./CA store needs across product planning, allocations, and stock balancing.

Requirements
10 years of experience in specialty retail or lifestyle brands; multi-store leadership strongly preferred.
Experience scaling a retail network or opening multiple doors across regions.
Strong P&L management and analytical capability.
Ability to lead teams in a hands-on, inspirational, high-accountability way
Be in stores 1-2 days per week.
Comfort working in a fast-growing, entrepreneurial environment.
Working with Hong Kong based time will involve time zone accommodation outside normal working hours
