In this role, you will:
Be the Architect of Omnichannel Engagement:
Lead the development of cross‑channel media strategies, leveraging your deep understanding of how different channels work together to create a seamless and engaging brand experience.
Guide Strategic Planning & Execution:
Oversee the Engagement Planning team, providing guidance and mentorship to ensure the development and execution of tactical plans that align with overarching brand goals and business objectives.
Champion Client Partnerships:
Cultivate strong relationships with key client contacts, establishing yourself as a trusted strategic advisor and ensuring their needs are consistently exceeded.
Drive Innovation & Best Practices:
Stay ahead of the curve in the ever‑evolving media landscape, identifying and implementing innovative approaches, best practices, and cutting‑edge technologies to maximize campaign impact.
Foster a Culture of Excellence:
Lead, inspire, and mentor a team of talented planners, fostering a collaborative and growth‑oriented environment that empowers individuals to reach their full potential.
Do you have the right DNA?
Strategic Visionary:
7+ years of media planning experience, including 2+ years in a supervisory role, with a proven track record of developing and executing successful cross‑channel media strategies.
Leadership & Mentorship:
Passion for developing and empowering team members, fostering a collaborative and growth‑oriented environment.
Client‑Focused Approach:
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a knack for building strong relationships and understanding client needs.
Industry Expertise:
Extensive knowledge of the pharmaceutical and patient markets, and deep familiarity with online and offline media channels including traditional, SEM, Programmatic, Paid Social, SEO, and emerging platforms.
