Job Description We are seeking a visionary leader to drive growth, deepen client relationships, and expand our presence in the high‑rise and luxury community space. As Vice President of High‑Rise Growth & Development, you will own strategic market development, lead high‑impact acquisition efforts, and serve as a trusted advisor to boards, developers, and industry partners. What You’ll Do

Architect and execute growth strategies that align with Somerset’s premium service model.

Build and maintain trusted relationships with HOA boards, developers, and industry partners.

Deliver compelling presentations and lead complex negotiations to secure new business.

Collaborate with senior leadership and marketing to drive lead generation and brand positioning.

Represent Somerset at conferences, client engagements, and networking events.

Requirements What You Bring

5+ years in business development or sales leadership within a service‑driven industry.

Previous experience in the high‑rise sales market strongly preferred.

Proven success in high‑touch, consultative selling environments.

Background in community association management or related industries preferred.

Strong executive presence, strategic thinking, and relationship‑building skills.

Willingness to travel (up to 50%) and attend evening events.
