Vice President, Asset Management – Real Estate & Finance Talent Partner
This role will lead portfolio performance, industrial leasing, financial modelling, and fund‑level analytics while acting as a day‑one player‑coach across active and under‑construction assets. It suits a self‑directed, highly technical operator who can drive asset strategy while building scalable systems, processes, and models for a growing platform.
Base Pay Range $170,000.00/yr – $210,000.00/yr (actual pay based on skills and experience)
Key Responsibilities
Full asset management oversight across active industrial assets, including operations, leasing strategy, capital planning, lender reporting, and NOI performance.
Leading institutional lease negotiations across LOIs, business terms, redlines, and execution with brokers, attorneys, and tenants.
Building and institutionalizing all asset‑level and fund‑level financial models: underwriting templates, portfolio tools, forecasting models, and waterfalls.
Supporting new investments through underwriting, scenario analysis, and ground‑up financial modelling.
Producing investor materials, memos, performance summaries, and supporting the capital‑raise process.
Acting as technical lead and mentor within the asset management function while helping scale systems, reporting, and analytics.
The Ideal Candidate
8–12 years’ experience in industrial real estate, asset management, or investment roles with institutional owners, private equity, or funds.
Proven track record leading complex lease negotiations.
Advanced financial modelling capability, including portfolio and fund‑level models.
Experience supporting capital raises, investor reporting, or fund formation.
Comfort operating in a lean, entrepreneurial, high‑accountability environment.
